This means she can see potential futures based on current and all decisions being made about a specific topic and make decisions based on the most logical decision of the bunch. She has used this ability in the past to help the Crystal Gems back in her world. When not fused, only Sapphire has this ability as well as ice manipulation. Ruby, on the other hand, has fire manipulation.
Not many people will know immediately that she's a fusion and she won't be letting on about that fact for a while yet.
